Accel2See is a non-profit organization that will bring positive change to people with low-vision and blindness caused by Optic Nerve Disease. Optic Nerve Disease includes Optic Neuritis, Optic Nerve Hypoplasia, Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration and several other causes for optic nerve damage. We hope to accelerate research in finding a cure for optic nerve damage as well as improve the daily lives of people with low-vision with assistance for adaptive equipment to improve vision. We will also increase awareness of various optic nerve diseases in the community.
